Looking for a quick and nourishing breakfast or a post-workout snack? My high-protein chocolate smoothie is the perfect blend of indulgence and nutrition! Think of it as a wholesome twist on a classic chocolate milkshake; rich, satisfying, and packed with protein to keep you full and energised.

MAKES | 1 SERVING

Using the brands I love, each serving delivers an impressive 24.2g of protein.


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana

  • 250ml So Good almond milk unsweetened

  • 25g Tropeaka vanilla protein powder

  • 8g cacao powder

  • 10g Macro natural almond spread

  • 8 ice cubes

Almond butter is not only packed with healthy fats and protein but also rich in vitamin E, which supports glowing skin. Plus, cacao is a natural mood booster, loaded with antioxidants to give your day a happy, healthy start!

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 60 seconds. It’s that easy!

• Adjust the number of ice cubes to suit your preference. This recipe uses enough ice to create a refreshing, frappe-like consistency - just the way I like it, especially in summer! If you prefer a smoother, less icy texture, simply reduce the amount of ice.
